Branch Chain Amino Acids (BCAA):
Are made from Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine. Together they may assist in building muscle,
preventing muscle loss when taken pre workout.

Citrulline Malate:
Can be useful in increasing athletic performance, vascular health, plasma levels of arginine, improve the ammonia recycling process and nitric oxide metabolism.

Beta-Alanine supplementation:
Supplementation is suggested to improve
performance during high-intensity exercise lasting from 1 to 10 minutes. Beta-alanine is a building block of carnosine, a molecule that may help buffer acid in muscles, have antioxidant effects.
